Beef Deposit – Reserve for July/August 2026 Processing at Jerome Country Market
 
$150/quarter for deposit. If you wish to purchase half a beef, please select a quantity of two for a total of a $300 deposit. If you wish to purchase a whole beef, please select a quantity of 4 for a total of a $600 deposit.
 
This deposit secures your processing date, the deposit will go towards your final balance.
 
2026 freezer beef will be charged $4.25 per pound of hanging weight by Kurowicki Stock Farms. Processing fees are set by and charged by the processor. They are an additional approximate $1.15 per pound of hanging weight. Hanging weights vary. Kurowicki Stock Farms averages 750 pounds for a whole beef.
